Design driven by sport, systems, and production

I’m Anastasiia, a graphic designer focused on sports & lifestyle apparel and merchandise. I build prints, patterns, and graphic systems that look sharp on fabric — and stay sharp when they hit real-world production: placements, scale, color, materials, and clean prepress-ready files.

Bio

My name is Anastasiia. I was born in Volgograd — a city you might know by its historical name, Stalingrad. I grew up in the 90s, in a place where “art is beautiful, but unstable” was a common idea — so I initially chose a more “practical” path and trained as an engineer. But my real rhythm has always been a mix of movement and making. Sport has been part of my life since I was four: aerobics, then track & field (high jump), and today it’s swimming, cycling, and triathlon. At the same time, I couldn’t sit still in art school — I needed creativity as much as training. After practice, my mom (she’s an artist) taught me how to draw, and I learned fast by watching how she saw the world. Four years ago I made a deliberate switch into graphic design — and it finally clicked. Over the last two years, I’ve worked closely with production, which shaped my approach: I design with constraints in mind, prepare files that make manufacturers happy, and build systems that scale across garments, collections, and formats.
